Refund Policy:

1. The first 50% of the registration/booking/deposit is absolutely positively non-refundable. 
2. For a refund of the remaining cost written cancellation must be postmarked no later than 5 days prior to the starting date.
3. For all other bookings, fee's are due 1 week prior to the event, no exceptions.
4. All bookings are tentative until a deposit is received, we will not guarantee your booking without.

BlackRock Climbers Policies

1. The BlackRock Climbers Participation sheet must be completed for all persons participating in our programs prior to participation.
2. Registration is on first come basis and fill quickly. Each session is limited to 50 Campers. Daily classes, 10 students.
3. Registration must be accompanied by full payment.
4. Refunds will not be made for incomplete attendance.
5. We reserve the right to cancel a session if fewer than ten participants are registered at the start date.
6. Adverse weather conditions: If we have the go-ahead to start setting up, no rain cheques.
7. Terms and conditions subject to change.

Registration:  To reserve a spot, complete the Registration Form which requires your careful reading and signature.   E-mail or mail this form along with your payment to BlackRock Climbers,644 Central Park Blvd, Oshawa, Ontario, L1G 6A6.  Places will be held on a first deposit-receipt basis, and are not transferable.

Payment may be made by cheque, cash or money order, credit cards can not be accepted.  cheques should be made payable to BlackRock Climbers.  There will be a $45.00 charge on returned cheques.  Full balance will be due two weeks prior (student's/campers).
